Established in 1975, we're known for our laid-back atmosphere, cold drinks, friendly regulars, and classic bar games including pool, darts, and shuffleboard. We're looking for energetic, dependable bartenders who enjoy working with people and helping create a welcoming environment for both longtime patrons and new customers. Responsibilities Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Verify customer age and maintain compliance with Vermont liquor laws Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS operations accurately Maintain a clean and organized bar area throughout the shift Restock beer, liquor, mixers, and supplies as needed Monitor guest behavior and promote responsible alcohol service Assist with opening and closing duties Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds Must be at least 18 years old (21+ preferred) What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is personable, hardworking, and enjoys engaging with customers.
