Snack bar Crew Member

Position Overview:

We are hiring friendly, reliable Crew Members to join our window-service snack bar team as we launch with a focus on soft serve ice cream. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and wants flexible hours with tip-earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Take customer orders using POS system Provide friendly, efficient service at the window Ensure a positive customer experience from order to pickup Product Preparation Prepare and serve soft serve ice cream and menu items Maintain consistency and quality in all products Follow food safety and handling procedures Cleaning & Restocking Keep work areas clean, organized, and up to standard Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging as needed Assist with general opening and closing tasks Team Support Support team members during busy periods to maintain smooth service flow Communicate effectively with coworkers and shift leads Step in where needed to keep operations running efficiently

Qualifications:

No experience required—training provided Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
