Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all patrons. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions efficiently using Aloha POS or other point-of-sale systems. Monitor inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering events or special functions to deliver an exceptional dining experience. Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and promotions to enhance customer engagement. Qualifications Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, particularly in nightclub or catering settings. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
