Bartender Manager & Craft Mixologist Sliced is looking for a visionary Bartender Manager to lead our bar team and transform our beverage program into a premier craft cocktail destination. While we are known for our exceptional whole pizzas, we want our cocktail program to be just as much of a draw. The ideal candidate isn't just a manager; you are a passionate mixologist with an obsession for flavor profiles, house-made syrups, and the "theatre" of the pour. You will have the creative freedom to overhaul our menu and build a high-end, late-night atmosphere that resonates with a sophisticated, 25+ demographic.

Key Responsibilities Creative Direction:

Design and implement an innovative craft cocktail menu featuring seasonal ingredients, unique infusions, and signature drinks that complement our menu.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and mentor a team of bartenders in advanced mixology techniques, spirits knowledge, and elite hospitality standards.

Operational Excellence:

Oversee daily bar operations including inventory control, high-quality sourcing, cost management, and strict adherence to food and beverage safety protocols.

Vibe Management:

Curate a "lounge" atmosphere that elevates the guest experience, particularly during our late-night hours.

Marketing Collaboration:

Partner with the management team to promote our cocktail program through social media content and special tasting events.

What We're Looking For The Mixology Expert:

Proven experience as a Craft Cocktail Mixologist or Lead Bartender in a high-volume, upscale, or nightlife environment.

The Leader:

A natural mentor who can inspire a team to execute complex recipes with precision and speed.

The Strategist:

Strong understanding of "retail math," pour costs, and inventory management to ensure the bar remains as profitable as it is creative.

The Tech-Savvy Pro:

Proficiency with POS systems (Aloha/Micros) and an interest in using modern bar tech (like cocktail bubble guns or specialized aroma tools).
