As a Lead Bartender, you will oversee daily bar operations, mentor junior staff, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, lively environment. Your expertise in mixology, food safety, and hospitality will drive the success of our bar team while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities Lead the bar team by providing guidance, training, and support to ensure smooth service during all shifts Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking Engage with guests to deliver outstanding customer service, address inquiries, and create a welcoming atmosphere Oversee inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and minimize waste through effective stock management Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure seamless food and beverage service Uphold all food safety protocols related to food handling, alcohol service, and responsible serving practices Requirements Proven experience as a bartender with fine dining or nightclub experience preferred Demonstrated leadership skills with previous supervisory or team-leading roles in hospitality settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and sales transactions accurately Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in the food industry Experience with catering or banquet service is a plus Familiarity with brewing processes or retail math is advantageous Must possess strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality excellence Join us as a Lead Bartender where your enthusiasm fuels memorable moments!
