Maple Valley to Puyallup area About One Boss HospitalityOnebosshospitality.comOne Boss Hospitality is a growing Event management and Hospitality company supporting weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations across the Greater Seattle area. Our team works alongside venues, planners, and vendors to deliver a high-level guest experience and fully support event execution from setup through breakdown.

Position OverviewThe Event Manager/Bartender is an event-based position responsible for supporting the successful execution of events from setup through breakdown. Responsibilities may include event setup, guest service, food and beverage service, bartending, maintaining event spaces, and post-event reset.

Team members are expected to work proactively, take ownership of their responsibilities, and uphold company service standards. Employees may be scheduled interchangeably as an Event Manager or Bartender based on event needs.

What You'll DoAssist with event setup including tables, chairs, and service areasSupport food and beverage service during eventsProvide guest support and maintain a professional presenceHelp keep event spaces clean, organized, and running smoothlyAssist with full breakdown including resetting the venue (chairs away, tables away, cleaning back areas)Work as part of a team to support all moving parts of an eventRequirementsMust be 18+ for Event Manager I 21+ will automatically be trained in barNo prior experience required training providedMust be able to work Saturdays consistentlyAbility to stand, walk, and stay active for extended periods (8 10 hours)Able to lift up to 50 lbsPositive attitude and willingness to work as part of a teamMust have reliable transportation, we work mostly in areas like carnation, Issaquah, or other neighboring city's in the greater Seattle area, so this is very important.

TrainingTraining is a hybrid structure of online and on the event floor. Compensation$25/hour plus gratuities All tips including cash tips are put in a tip pool and distributed evenly with the team. Some Premium properties have a $3 premium on top of regular pay. $28/hour.
