Bartender

Coal Mountain Caboose is the only Sports Bar in Kittitas County and we are looking to grow our Back Of House team heading into the busy season. We are looking for a great candidate that has experience bartending, serving and cleaning. We have a great vibe in the newly renovated space offering craft beer, an amazing spirits selection, craft cocktails and our awesome Sports Bar Food offering. We have a fast paced crew that is loving the busy days and great tips. Tips increase your hourly rate substantially and it is not uncommon to bring home an extra $1K+ per week.

WE DO NOT POOL TIPS!

Front of house makes above average tips which is included on bi-weekly paychecks. Cash tips are taken home daily. We have high expectations when it comes to customer service, and the overall customer experience. It's all about consistency and providing the same great product and service time and time again whether it is our drinks or food. You need to have experience with Front of House. It is a faced paced gig and we are in the midst of busy season. This is when everyone is able to stack their chips for the long winters out here in the area. We also have our sister company Cle Elum Taps & Tapas where there may be hours available, we cross utilize our labor force which gives flexibility on all fronts.
