Felt Poker Room & Lounge is a brand new, state-of-the-art entertainment hub in Des Moines, Washington. We're looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated Bartender to join our team. As a key member of our bar team, you'll ensure our guests enjoy a memorable experience, mixing drinks and cocktails with skill and precision. In addition to your bartending duties, you'll maintain a clean, organized bar, and assist in keeping supplies stocked to meet the needs of our high-energy environment. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic beverages, including wines, cocktails, and specialty drinks, adhering to established recipes and standards. Ensure guests have a safe and enjoyable experience by accurately mixing and serving drinks. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restocking supplies as necessary. Stay informed about events on the property and share relevant information with bar guests. Present menu with knowledge of items, answer questions, make suggestions, and clearly communicate menu details. Input orders in "Toast" POS to kitchen and serve courses from kitchen and bar.

Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age or older. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Bartender Training and/or Previous Bartender Experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Have or obtain Class 12 Alcohol Server Permit (MAST) Have or obtain Current Washington State Food Worker Card Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy. Ability to work with "Toast" Point of Sale system (POS). Ability to prioritize, organize and use time efficiently. Knowledge of applicable local and state federal health and safety regulations.
