Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring an enjoyable experience. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and swiftly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations at all times. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws. Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service requests, catering events, or banquet functions to deliver seamless service. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to serve multiple tables or bar stations without compromising quality or customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing. Strong knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service laws. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and tab management. Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is advantageous; retail math skills are a plus.
