Job Description

This position is located at Joint Base Lewis-McChord American Lake Conference Center (Catering). This is a "Flexible" position (0-40 hours) with no eligibility to participate in the NAF Employee Benefits Plans. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.
Qualifications:
Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1. Must meet the state/local age requirement (21 years of age or older) for the serving of alcoholic beverages at the time of appointment. 2. Be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 40 pounds. 3. Possess math skills necessary to calculate bills and take inventory. 4. Skill in mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. 5. Ability to monitor and direct the work of other bar staff. 6. Work experience as a full-service bartender.
