Experienced Bartender 107 7th Avenue SE, Olympia, WA 98501 $17.13 - $18.50 an hour - Part-time $17.13 - $18.50 an hour - Part-time Job Summary We are seeking a passionate Bartender to work at our growing new family owned and operated Bar & Bistro in downtown Olympia. Must be available nights and weekends. Must have experienced with craft cocktails and serving in family friendly and higher-end environments. We are a very team oriented and supportive business and do tip sharing. Duties Create a welcoming environment. Do not discuss politics. Card everyone who looks under 50. Engage with customers to provide a memorable experience, and offer recommendations. Take orders and use

Adhere to food safety and handling regulations while serving food items when necessary. Collaborate with kitchen staff during events such as banquets or catering functions. Monitor inventory levels. Demonstrate effective time management skills to ensure prompt service during peak hours. Use SLING app for scheduling and company communication Work positively with others. Accept and share feedback in a constructive manner so we can all grow together.
