What you will be doing Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a speedy, efficient, friendly and professional manner | Knowledge of federal, state and local laws, ordinances and regulations and Company policy regarding serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated patrons. | Take inventory of food, beverages and supplies needed for each day | Restock bar with liquor, ice, glassware, and paper supplies | The ideal candidate for this position Enjoys talking with guests as you prepare drinks in a speedy, efficient and professional manner. You are at your best in the afternoon and evenings starting at 3pm until approximately 10pm.| You are actively engaged and passionate about where you work | You work with professionalism and integrity.
