We're looking for an experienced Bartender to join the Momiji Redmond team in Redmond, WA. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, have a passion for Japanese cuisine, sake, and classic cocktails and love collaborating with a dedicated, positive, and hard-working team, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Craft specialty and classic cocktails with speed and precisionServe and provide excellent hospitality to cocktail bar tablesProvide exceptional and energetic service at all-timesWork efficiently in a high-volume restaurant setting, maintaining quality during peak hoursCollaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless guest experiencesLeverage your knowledge of our cuisine to make informed recommendationsContribute to a positive, team-oriented bar environment

What We're Looking For:

Positive and energetic personalityClean and professional appearance and demeanor Proven experience working in high-volume restaurant environmentsStrong knowledge of classic cocktails and general food and beverage practicesFamiliarity with sushi and Japanese cuisineExperience with sake (a plus!)A collaborative, team-player mindset
