In the role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and efficiently, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. Keeping bartenders and servers stocked and orders flowing is vital to our operations. Must be available for weekend closing shifts. Daily cash tips (averaging up to $15/hr.) Attendance reliability is critical Responsibilities Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner. Ensure that all orders are accurate and presented beautifully before serving. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and dining room. Help setting up and breaking down dining areas for events or busy service periods. Provide excellent customer service being attentive and responsive to guest needs. Requirements Maintain a valid Washington State Food Worker Card at all times during employment Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, but not required. Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a team-oriented setting. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Physical:
Standing for extended periods
  • ability to remain on your feet throughout the shift. Lifting and carrying
  • regularly lift and transport items up to 50 pounds, such as kegs, crates, or trays. Bending and reaching
  • frequent bending, stretching, and reaching to access supplies or clean surfaces. Manual dexterity
  • ability to handle small tools and equipment, such as bottle openers, shakers. Fast-paced movement
  • ability to move quickly and efficiently in a busy environment. Visual and auditory alertness
  • strong attention to detail and the ability to listen for orders or customer requests. Handling temperature changes
  • working in varying temperatures between coolers, kitchens, and the bar area. Walking and carrying trays
  • balance and walk with trays of drinks or food through crowded areas.
