Seasoned Server/Bartender

G.H. Pasta & Pizza - Phinney Ridge, part of General Harvest Restaurants (Vendemmia, Raccolto, East Anchor Seafood, G.H. Pasta & Pizza - West Seattle, Eldr, Haerfest) is looking for experienced servers and bartenders to join our team.

G.H. Pasta & Pizza is a neighborhood-focused restaurant serving house-made pastas, pizzas, seasonal vegetables, and approachable Italian-inspired dishes using high quality ingredients. Our space is energetic, welcoming, family-friendly, and community-driven, with a beverage program featuring classic and seasonal cocktails, wine, draft beers, and non-alcoholic offerings.

We're looking for hospitality professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy connecting with guests, and work well as part of a team. Ideal applicants are personable, reliable, and passionate about creating memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

Greet and engage with guests in a warm, friendly, and professional mannerProvide knowledgeable and attentive food and beverage serviceGuide guests through menu selections, offering recommendations and pairingsPrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages consistently and efficientlyMaintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar and dining environmentAccurately enter orders and process cash/card transactionsSupport smooth and efficient service through strong communication with kitchen and FOH team membersUphold responsible alcohol service practices and maintain awareness of guest needsMaintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, daily features, and beverage offeringsAssist with opening, closing, side work, and general restaurant upkeepHandle guest questions or concerns professionally and thoughtfullySupport teammates and contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace culture

Qualified Applicants Will:
