Craft & Gather isn't looking for someone to pour beer and push through tickets. We're looking for someone who actually truly cares. You know your spirits. You know your beer. You can talk a guest through a beer list without sounding like a textbook. When it gets loud and the rail fills up, you don't slow down — you find your rhythm. This is a neighborhood bar. The guests are regulars. The expectations are real. What we're looking for: Speed and composure under pressure. Not one or the other. Product knowledge that's genuine — spirits, beer, wine, and cocktails. You've put in the work. Weekend availability is non-negotiable. Friday, Saturday, Sunday — that's the job. Someone who takes pride in the work without taking themselves too seriously. What you can expect from us: A team that shows up. A bar worth working behind.
