What You'll Be Doing As a Server/Bartender at Dave's Bar and Grill, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing friendly and efficient table service with a smile. Preparing and serving a variety of beverages at the bar. Taking accurate food and drink orders and delivering them promptly. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the bar and dining areas. Engaging with guests to ensure their needs are met and they leave happy. Collaborating with team members to create a smooth and enjoyable service flow. Working with and managing pull-tabs. What We're Looking For We're seeking a skilled and personable individual who meets the following qualifications: At least 3 years of experience as a server, bartender, or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including drink preparation. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
