In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service, expertly crafted drinks, and a lively atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of drinks and related offerings. Manage POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change. Assist with food service when needed, running food is a FOH staff requirement Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe environment. Collaborate with team members to manage busy shifts efficiently through effective time management skills. Uphold all food handling procedures and safety protocols related to alcohol service and food industry standards. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in casual or fine dining settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover or Toast. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service regulations. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, billing, and sales transactions. Excellent time management skills to handle fast-paced environments effectively. Previous experience in food industry roles like serving or catering is advantageous.
