Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and encourage repeat visits. Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, processing payments efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate the guest experience. Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, checking IDs and adhering to legal drinking age regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management during busy periods, including catering events or banquets, to ensure seamless service. Skills Proven experience in bartending with strong cocktail-making skills and knowledge of spirits, wine, and craft beers. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS or Toast for processing transactions smoothly. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in a fast-paced environment. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy shifts. Knowledge of food handling, food safety standards, and basic math for accurate measurements and cash handling. Experience in fine dining settings or hospitality industry environments is highly desirable. Ability to work weekends consistently while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm throughout your shift.
