Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will craft exceptional beverages, deliver outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. Engage with guests warmly, taking orders, making recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience through excellent customer service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for transactions. Restock supplies regularly, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs for ordering to management. Support catering events, banquets functions by serving drinks promptly while managing multiple tables or stations. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies, checking IDs diligently and preventing over-serving in compliance with food industry regulations. Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently without sacrificing quality. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in various settings including fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet halls. Experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on beverage preparation and serving. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Ability to perform retail math accurately for cash handling and sales transactions. Prior experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred; nightclub or catering experience is a plus.
