Job Description

Core ResponsibilitiesDrink Preparation:
Mix cocktails and learn signature drinks, pour beer, Learn mocktail offerings, and possess wine knowledge from varietal, sales, bottle presentation, and flavor profiles.
Customer Service:
Greet guests (5 sec rule), take food and drink orders, and offer tailored menu recommendations or specials.
Safety & Compliance:
Check IDs to verify legal age and monitor consumption to prevent intoxication.
Maintenance:
Keep the bar clean, wash glassware, and restock ice, garnishes, and liquor inventory.
Cash Handling:
Operate POS registers, manage open tabs, and process accurate payments.
Key SkillsMultitasking:
Handle multiple drink orders and requests simultaneously under pressure.
Communication:
Maintain a friendly, approachable demeanor and converse easily with guests.
Physical Stamina:
Stand for long periods and lift heavy items like kegs or crates.
Legal Knowledge:
