Bartender/Server

Chambers Bay Distillery is seeking enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join our team as Bartender-Server at our tasting room located at in the University Place Town Center. We are a renowned distillery known for our exceptional craft spirits, and we're looking for passionate individuals with a talent for crafting creative cocktails using our award-winning spirits.

Responsibilities :

• Create and serve handcrafted cocktails using Chambers Bay Distillery's premium spirits.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure an exceptional experience for all guests.
• Take orders and assist guests in selecting their preferred beverages.
• Prepare, cook, and serve food items using our state-of-the-art TurboChef oven.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring proper sanitization and hygiene practices.
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels.
• Engage with guests, educating them about our spirits and providing recommendations based on their preferences.

Requirements :

• Previous experience as a bartender or server is preferred.
• Passion for mixology and a strong knowledge of craft cocktails.
• Familiarity with Chambers Bay Distillery's spirits and a desire to learn more about them.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
