Job Description

We are looking to build a solid long term professional, focusing on country/bar home style cooking.

MUST have a
MINIMUM 3
years experience working in a fast paced kitchen environment.

Prepare components of each dish on our menu using our recipesMemorize and utilize our serving portion sizes and all basic meal prep procedures used in the kitchenEnsure that the kitchen, all food prep areas and all food storage areas meet restaurant cleaning and health standardsWork with a small team of cooks to do portion prep work for other shifts when neededMonitor product freshness and rotate out old product based on a schedule created by the businessBarback/buss during busy bar times Wash dishesStock inventory and suppliesTroubleshoot/work competently on your ownStarting at $20 an hour plus tips. Raise after 3 months.

Shifts needed: Monday-Wednesday 4:00pm-1:30/2:00am (Flexible with days)With availability to cover shifts if needed.
