Your Role:

As a Lead Bartender / Bartnder, you'll be the heartbeat of our bar area, providing not just excellent service but genuine hospitality that creates "WOW!" moments. Working within our team system, you'll ensure every guest at the bar feels special and has an unforgettable experience.

What You'll Do:

Lead Bartender:

You'll own our bar program including: Create new recipes for each season and suggest promotions Order liquor, beer, wine and needed supplies to fulfill bar program goals Be a mentor for the bar and front of the house team members

Craft Exceptional Beverages:

Prepare all classic, craft and proprietary cocktails, dessert drinks, promoter beers and wines, plus non-alcoholic beverages according to our specifications. Use your knowledge and creativity to engage and recommend cocktails and spirits to guests.

Deliver Outstanding Hospitality:

Place orders promptly as guests request them. Serve beverages quickly and with a personal touch. Keep the bar area clean and inviting at all times. Be a

Guardian of Responsible Service:

Verify IDs to prevent service to minors. Monitor guests' alcohol consumption, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. Handle situations professionally if a guest needs to be cut-off, including arranging alternative transportation if necessary.

Maintain Excellence:

Set up and restock the bar station, ensuring all products are fresh and rotated. Follow proper procedures for handling garnishes, mixers, and equipment. Complete cleaning duties to keep our bar area sparkling. Be a
