Job Description

Hiring Servers & Bartenders. Must have at least one year server experience, bartenders must have two years experience. Bartenders must have craft cocktail knowledge. Looking to start training as soon as possible for our busy summer season. (seasonal position, through mid/end of September). Manager- Demetris is looking for an enthusiastic professional to join our front of house management team. Qualities that will help you succeed in this position are having a team oriented mentality, being dependable & punctual, having an eye for detail, and taking pride in their job supporting the restaurants overall needs to create repeat guest visits.

Main responsibilities include:-Ensure we have great hospitality for our guests-Managing staff performance and labor during shifts-Help in training new hires when needed-Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns during shifts-Ensure staff follows company policies and procedures-Assist with any discounts during shifts-Assist and oversee with opening and closing procedures-Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations-Oversee restaurant is clean & presentable daily-Report any issues or concerns with operations to upper management
