Bartender

Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. Manage POS systems to process orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols. Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and manage cash handling with accuracy. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with legal alcohol service regulations. Collaborate with team members during busy hours to deliver seamless service experiences. Uphold food handling standards when preparing garnishes. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to balance multiple tables or bar stations efficiently. Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, preferably within restaurant or banquet settings. Familiarity with POS systems such is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly for cash handling, retail math, or tab splitting. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts. Experience working in the restaurant and/or bar service preferred. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
