This is a FULL time position. If you are just looking for part-time bartending, please do not apply. Being downtown Appleton, our business is very heavy on the weekends. This position would be closing most Friday and Saturday nights. Ability to take off when needed is still there. This is when all the money is made. Position would be 85% bartending, so making amazing tips, with the rest of the hours doing floor managing, expediting, and staff leadership. There is HUGE potential for growth within our company. Responsibilities Mix and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Promote specials, events, and new products to guests. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and handling cash or POS transactions efficiently using Toast. Lead the team by training new staff on beverage preparation, POS systems, promoting, upselling, and teaching the absolute highest level of customer service. Ability to handle cash closing reports, accurately count cash, doing closing duties, and have the responsibility of securing and locking the business. Promoting the business through social media. Qualifications Minimum 1 year experience bartending. MUST be a fast, efficient, and personable bartender to be successful in this role. Knowledge of food handling, presentation, and display. Not required, we will teach these skills if not in place already. Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tasks efficiently during busy shifts. Ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

$9.00 - $40.00 per hour
