Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team in a casual dining environment. We have a low-ABV cocktail menu and serve beer and wine as well. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, showcasing excellent food service skills, and maintaining a positive atmosphere. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. Duties Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders using Toast POS Prepare drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Process payments accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Assist with food preparation as needed to support kitchen operations. Skills Proficient in using POS systems; experience with Toast is preferred. Strong knowledge of dining service standards and etiquette. Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment. Effective sales skills to promote menu items and specials. Strong math skills for accurate order processing and payment handling. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience in food service or hospitality is advantageous but not required. A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.
