Bartender / Cook - $15/Hour + Tips Black Earth Lanes | Black Earth, WI Full-Time & Part-Time Available | Nights & Weekends Black Earth Lanes is a fun, retro bowling alley where people come to bowl, eat, have a drink, and have a good time. We're looking for a responsible, hardworking Bartender/Cook who can take care of our customers and be someone the rest of the team can count on. This isn't a job where you'll only stand behind the bar. We're a small business, and everyone pitches in. You'll bartend, make food, help bowling customers, clean, stock, and do whatever needs to be done to keep things running smoothly. If you're dependable, good with people, and willing to work, we'd like to meet you. What You'll Do Bartend and provide friendly, responsible service Make traditional drinks and craft cocktails Take food and beverage orders Prepare and cook menu items Help customers with bowling and other questions Handle cash and customer payments accurately Keep the bar, kitchen, and customer areas clean and organized Restock the bar and other supplies Complete closing duties Work with the rest of the team to keep things running smoothly What We're Looking For Above everything else, we're looking for someone responsible .

You should be someone who:

Shows up when you're scheduled and is ready to work Can be trusted to do your job without someone constantly looking over your shoulder Enjoys talking with and taking care of customers Stays productive when things slow down Takes pride in keeping your work area clean and organized Can handle busy periods without losing your cool Works well as part of a small team Understands the importance of responsible, professional alcohol service Previous bartending experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person . Reliability, attitude, and willingness to learn matter to us. Craft Cocktails & Growth We're putting more focus on our extensive selection of spirits and craft cocktail program and want someone who is interested in learning how to make great drinks, not just pouring them. If you already have cocktail experience, great. If you don't but genuinely want to learn, we'll teach you. For the right person, there is also room to grow into additional responsibility and potentially a management role as you prove yourself and learn the business. Schedule Both full-time and part-time positions are available . This is a bar and bowling alley, so night and weekend availability is important . Some shifts run until midnight or later, and applicants need to be comfortable working those hours.
