We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mixologist/cook to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bartending, customer service, and food handling, with experience in both nightlife and fine dining environments. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting innovative cocktails, providing exceptional service to our guests, and contributing to a vibrant atmosphere that enhances the overall dining experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including signature cocktails and classic drinks. Maintain an organized bar area, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards. Engage with customers to provide recommendations and ensure satisfaction with their drink selections. Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register and process payments efficiently. Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and cocktail recipes to enhance the beverage menu Provide training and support to junior staff on bartending techniques and customer service best practices. Qualifications Previous experience in bartending or mixology is not required. Knowledge of food handling practices and compliance with health regulations is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests. Proficiency in cash register operations and basic retail math skills. Familiarity with brewing techniques is a plus for those interested in craft cocktails. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
