Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits, ensuring consistency with established recipes and presentation standards. Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process transactions efficiently while handling cash and credit payments. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, beverage options, and specials. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Assist in beverage recipe development and craft beer or spirits selection to enhance the guest experience. Support restaurant operations during busy periods, including serving food, managing bar inventory, and assisting with catering or banquet events when needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and uphold high standards of hospitality industry experience. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender or server in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment is highly preferred. Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for processing orders efficiently. Strong background in mixology, beverage recipe development, wine knowledge, and spirits experience to craft exceptional drinks. Experience with food handling, food safety protocols, and basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations. Familiarity with fine dining settings or hospitality industry standards enhances your ability to deliver top-tier service.
