In this dynamic role, you'll create memorable experiences for guests by expertly serving food and beverages in a lively, fast-paced environment. Whether mixing cocktails, taking orders, or ensuring every guest feels valued, your enthusiasm will be the heart of our venue. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food handling, customer service, and sales while working in a welcoming setting that celebrates hospitality and fun. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve drinks and meals efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and quality standards Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision, including basic math calculations for bills and tips Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities Assist with setup, breakdown, and catering or banquet events as needed in a variety of settings including nightclubs or fine dining environments Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and prioritize tasks efficiently Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures Experience with catering, banquet service, or retail math is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends in a fast-paced hospitality environment Join us to bring your passion for hospitality to life!
