Bartender Full Time Evening Shift (3pm-10pm) •
PAY RATE STARTING AT

Bartender Requirements:
Valid Waukesha County bartender license required. Must be minimum age requirements to serve alcohol required. Basic math skills to handle transactions and balance out bar transactions. Two years of experience in bartending preferred. Experience in hospitality preferred. Knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and proper pouring techniques. Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays. What you'll do as aBartender:
Greet guests warmly, take drink and food orders, and provide recommendations when requested. Prepare and serve beverages quickly, safely and consistently. Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and guest preferences. Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, specials, and promotions. Check identification to verify legal drinking age. Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies. Oversee inventory, organization, and ordering of bar supplies/stock. Maintain cleanliness standards, including sanitizing bar tools, surfaces, and equipment. Assist with opening and closing duties, including inventory management and restocking. Participate in continuous FoodBeverage trainings. Monitor guest consumption and behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and other team members to ensure smooth service. Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately. Listen to customer preferences and make recommendations when asked. Ability to handle complaints calmly and respectfully, aiming to resolve issues. Balance out bar charge at end of night. Create a friendly, inclusive environment. Manage multiple orders efficiently and in a timely manner.BenefitsPerks:
