Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Bartender, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for guests in a lively, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with professionalism and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of food and drinks. Manage Shift4 POS for accurate order entry, billing, and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring adherence to alcohol service regulations while promoting responsible drinking. Assist in setting up bar stations for events like banquets or catering functions, including food handling and beverage preparation. Handle cash transactions accurately, perform basic math calculations for change, and reconcile cash drawers at shift end. Qualifications Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Experience in retail math, cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations required for daily operations. Familiarity with the food industry's standards for hospitality, brewing processes, catering setups, and food service protocols is advantageous.
