Job Description
Pay is hourly plus tips. We are not open passed midnight. Blades Golf is a brand new indoor golf facility in Germantown WI and Is seeking someone with experience in bartending, serving, and making light food. Being comfortable with social media is also a plus. Be the first indoor beverage cart driver in the country! Yes, you will drive around our 10,000 sq ft facility in a beverage cart selling drinks to the players just like on the real course. This is a full time year round position. Being very friendly and outgoing is a must! Duties Lead and manage the food and beverage team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and high performance. Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and banquet services to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining cost control measures to optimize profitability. Implement training programs for staff on customer service excellence, menu knowledge, and POS systems including Aloha POS. Coordinate catering services for events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly from planning to execution. Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop menus that reflect seasonal trends while meeting customer preferences. Conduct interviews and hire new team members while providing ongoing coaching and performance evaluations. Address guest feedback promptly to enhance satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise during service. Qualifications Proven experience in food and beverage management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills with a focus on team management and development. Proficiency in using POS systems; experience with Aloha POS is preferred. Knowledge of banquet operations, catering services, and kitchen management. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff alike. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
