In this role, you will craft and serve a wide variety of beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Duties Prepare and serve a diverse selection of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a memorable experience Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate needs to management Process cash handling efficiently while adhering to cash management protocols Requirements Proven experience as a bartender with a strong background in cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, and beverage recipe development Familiarity with POS systems; experience with cashiering is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time effectively during busy service hours in fast-paced environments such as fine dining or restaurant settings Experience with beverage trends like craft beer, brewing, spirits, mixology, and catering is highly desirable Strong math skills for basic calculations related to sales, retail math, or food industry transactions This role is perfect for individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive on creating exceptional guest experiences.
