What You'll Do:

Serve beer, cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly Host and supervise axe throwing and pinball sessions (don't worry•we provide all training!) Deliver exceptional customer service and create a fun, welcoming atmosphere Take and run food orders Assist with private events, parties, leagues, and special entertainment experiences Set up and tear down event spaces Stock bar supplies and inventory Maintain cleanliness throughout the venue, including bar and guest areas Help with opening and closing duties Work as part of a team to ensure every guest has an amazing experience

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

Friendly, reliable, and personable Comfortable speaking with and engaging groups of guests Able to multitask in a busy environment Willing to learn new skills•including becoming a certified axe throwing coach Available evenings, weekends, and holidays Able to lift up to 40 pounds and remain on their feet for extended periods

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old Previous bartending or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Wisconsin Responsible Beverage Server certification (or willingness to obtain) Positive attitude and strong work ethic
