Anduzzi's Sports Club is looking for experienced bartenders to join our team at our iconic Holmgren Way location , just steps from the action surrounding Lambeau Field! At Anduzzi's, our team is the heart of everything we do. From welcoming game day fans to serving concertgoers, visitors, and local regulars year-round, you'll play a key role in delivering the high-energy atmosphere we're known for. Responsibilities Work seamlessly with fellow bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Provide friendly, attentive service while creating a welcoming, exciting, and energetic atmosphere. Craft quality cocktails, pour beverages accurately, and maintain efficient bar service during both high-volume events and daily operations. Engage with local guests, sports fans, and visitors from around the world, creating memorable interactions that keep them coming back. Verify guests' legal drinking age and comply with all state and local alcohol service laws. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including equipment, glassware, and service stations. Support special events, game-day promotions, watch parties, concerts, and other Stadium District activities. Help ensure smooth operations while delivering the outstanding hospitality Anduzzi's is known for. What We're Looking For Previous bartending experience. Positive attitude and strong communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to stay composed under pressure. Availability to work evenings, weekends, game days (and the day before), and special events. Applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
