Duties Prepare and serve a diverse selection of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality with each pour Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and foster customer loyalty Manage bar operations efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders and handle cash transactions accurately Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to keep the menu fresh and exciting Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with ordering to ensure smooth daily operations Collaborate with team members to support restaurant or nightclub functions, including catering events or banquet service Requirements Proven experience in bartending or food service within fast-paced environments such as fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or catering events Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage recipe development, and spirits selection Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests and handle diverse situations gracefully Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Experience working with wine knowledge, craft beer varieties, and cocktail creation is highly desirable Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in a dynamic hospitality setting Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm for mixology meets your dedication to exceptional service.
