As we continue shaping this next chapter, we're looking for enthusiastic team members to grow with us.

Shifts:

Flexible scheduling; evenings, weekends required Help create a warm, welcoming experience where locals, families, and visitors feel equally at home. You'll be part of a newly renovated lakeside resort where guests come to relax, reconnect, and enjoy a place that feels familiar—but better each time they return. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, processing transactions efficiently while handling cash and credit payments securely. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering strictly to food safety and food handling standards. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, offering recommendations and creating a lively atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously through effective time management and prioritization skills. Restock supplies regularly, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and utensils to ensure smooth service flow. Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions by serving drinks promptly and maintaining high standards of hospitality throughout the event. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and cash handling. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques within the food industry. Experience serving in high-volume environments requiring excellent time management skills. Familiarity with retail math for accurate cash handling and sales reconciliation. Knowledge of brewing processes or beverage crafting techniques is a plus for enhancing guest experience. Prior retail math or restaurant experience that showcases your ability to multitask efficiently in dynamic settings.
