Bartender-Weekdays/Daytime Position 11am-3pm

Overview HD Tavern is looking for a reliable person that wants to bartend at a fun, established tavern. You would be working during the day as a part-time bartender. This is a weekday job and your weekends would be free (unless you want extra hours).

Open shifts available are:

Mondays thru

Fridays:

11-3 pm, that's only 4 hours per day. Availability to only work 2-3 days a week is also possible as you would be sharing the weekdays with another bartender. Additional shifts can be made available if you desire more hour. Along with bartending you would be required to keep the coolers stocked, put away supplies, and keep the bar clean. This is a great job for a friendly person who enjoys working, and socializing with people. Starting pay is $9.00 per hour PLUS TIPS.... which means you can make good money!! As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring customer satisfaction is key to this role. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers, taking drink orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Handle cash transactions accurately by being able to count change in your head quickly. If your not good with counting change, this is probably not the job for you. POS experience preferred, but will train. Comply with all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests. Requirements Strong mathematical skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs. Ability to work while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards customers and team members.
