Bartender / Barback Opportunity At The Hatchery Lounge, we don't just pour drinks, we craft an experience. We're currently looking for an entry-level bartender/barback who wants to learn the craft behind mixology in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. No bartending experience? That's okay. We're willing to train the right person with the right attitude, work ethic, and passion for hospitality. This position is designed for someone eager to grow from barback into a skilled bartender and mixologist over time. What You'll Do Assist bartenders during service and events Learn cocktail preparation, bar setup, and service standards Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked Support private events including weddings, corporate events, and tastings Learn about wine, spirits, beer, and premium cocktails Deliver a welcoming and elevated guest experience Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while staying detail-oriented Continue learning and developing your craft behind the bar What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and positive attitude Willingness to learn and take feedback Ability to stay organized and move with urgency Great communication and hospitality skills Team-first mindset Flexible availability including nights and weekends Interest in cocktails, spirits, hospitality, and guest experience Experience is preferred, but not required.
