The Perks- Employee discount for food and merchandise FREE primary care clinic for you Employee wellness programs, most offered to you at NO cost, including a fitness center membership worth $467 a year Bartender Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests and respond to their requests in a friendly and courteous manner Consistently serve beverage and food in accordance with established policies and procedures Create custom craft cocktails for guests utilizing fresh and seasonal ingredients Stay updated on current menu choices, specialties and menu deviations, menu availability Educate servers & guests in regards to all Distillery products & processes Stock bar with beer, liquor & related supplies Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol Physical Requirement Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity Frequently lift/carry up to 20 lbs This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
