As a Beverage Bartender, you will create quality beverages, engage guests with genuine warmth, and help create an atmosphere they will want to return to. Whether you are an experienced bartender or looking to grow your skills in hospitality, you will find opportunity, support, and a sense of belonging here. What You'll Do- Set up and stock the bar each day, ensuring all beverages, garnishes, and supplies are ready for service
- Prepare and present beverages for both bar guests and restaurant servers, following standard recipes and portion guidelines
- Greet guests warmly, take drink orders, and deliver an engaging and attentive bar experience
- Input orders into the POS system accurately and create checks for all guests to ensure proper accountability
- Maintain a clean, organized bar and lounge area throughout your shift
- Assist guests seated in the bar or lounge, responding promptly to requests and anticipating their needs
- Handle payments, make change, and balance your house bank responsibly
- Safely store beverages, equipment, and cash at the end of each shift
- Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper sanitation and cleaning procedures
- Comply with all state, federal, and company liquor regulations, including responsible alcohol service
- Support security or management when handling difficult or intoxicated guests
- Assist with additional tasks and special guest requests as needed What You Bring
- Knowledge of beverage preparation, garnishes, and alcohol service fundamentals
- Basic math skills to operate a register, manage transactions, and balance a cash bank
- English proficiency (spoken and written) to communicate with guests and complete required documentation
- Ability to handle bar tools, glassware, and stocked items safely
- Ability to promote and recall menu items, and to operate a POS system
- Comfort working on your feet and in confined bar spaces for extended periods
- Previous bartending experience preferred
