Role Description This is a part-time on-site Bartender and/or role based in the Madison, WI area, though full-time may be an option depending on availability, qualifications, and interest. The Bartender/Server will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, engaging with customers to ensure high-quality service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer orders, mixing cocktails, tapping beer, pouring wine, processing payments, restocking supplies, delivering food and drinks to tables, and ensuring compliance with food and beverage safety standards. Team collaboration and maintaining a friendly atmosphere are integral parts of this role. These are tipped positions, and you will take any tips earned (which can be substantial) immediately the same day that they are earned. Preferred Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact with guests and ensure a positive experience. Experience in Food & Beverage service, including knowledge of drink recipes and menu items. Proficiency in Cash Handling and operating point-of-sale systems with attention to accuracy. Demonstrated Bartending expertise with the ability to prepare a wide variety of drinks efficiently and consistently. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with team members. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of local and state alcohol service laws is a plus. A professional demeanor, reliability, and passion for hospitality.
