Responsibilities and Duties Provide warm, welcoming service to all guests. Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations. Prepare and serve drinks to customers following standard recipes. Deliver orders accurately, including food, beverages, and specialty drinks. Maintain cleanliness of bar area, dinning area, and equipment. Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately. Upsell additional products when appropriate. Assist with private parties and event setups. Follow instructions and complete all prep and side works. Manage to-go orders and phone inquiries. Qualifications Friendly, respectful, and energetic. Passion for customer service and teamwork. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
