Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests to recommend drinks, answer questions about menu items, and provide personalized service that enhances their experience. Manage bar operations efficiently by processing cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and bar supplies; restock as needed to ensure seamless service. Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering functions to coordinate food and beverage service smoothly. Skills Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, craft beers, and spirits. Proven experience in bartending within fine dining establishment Strong customer service skills with an energetic approach to engaging guests and creating a lively atmosphere. Proficiency with POS systems for processing transactions efficiently. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods without compromising quality. Pay:
$11.00 - $13.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 8.0 per week
