Bartender and Server

Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options using POS systems such Toast POS. Take food and drink orders accurately from guests, ensuring prompt service in both bar and dining areas. Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining space, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for bills and tips. Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, answer questions about menu items, and promote specials or upsell opportunities. Support catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions by serving food and beverages while ensuring guest satisfaction. Follow all food safety protocols and alcohol service regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff alike. Skills Proven experience in food service, restaurant work, or retail math that demonstrates your ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts in fine dining settings or nightclubs. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that makes guests feel welcome. Experience working in a nightclub or banquet environment is a plus for managing diverse service settings. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques to maintain hygiene standards.
