Role:
As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by expertly preparing and serving a wide variety of beverages in a fast-paced environment. Your primary focus will be to ensure customer satisfaction through attentive service, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and adhering to all safety and hygiene standards. You will engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. This role demands physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive motions, as well as the ability to lift and carry heavy items safely. Minimum Qualifications:
Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role within a fast-paced hospitality environment. Ability to work standing for long periods and perform repetitive motions safely. Capability to lift and carry heavy items, such as kegs and boxes of supplies. Strong guest service skills with a professional and groomed appearance. Reliable attendance and punctuality to maintain consistent service standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in fine dining establishments or upscale bars. Knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, spirits, and wine pairings. Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS or equivalent). Basic knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale systems. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calmness and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
