Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while expertly preparing and serving beverages and food. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will create memorable experiences for our guests, whether they're enjoying a lively night at the nightclub, celebrating a special event, or dining in our fine dining setting. This position offers a dynamic work environment where your skills in food handling, sales, and hospitality will shine. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Take accurate orders for drinks and food, utilizing POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process transactions efficiently. Prepare and serve beverages including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options in accordance with safety standards and company policies. Serve food items promptly while maintaining presentation quality and adhering to food safety guidelines. Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering duties and processing payments seamlessly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, following proper food handling procedures. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy nights at the nightclub or banquet events. Uphold all food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations to ensure guest safety. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by engaging with guests, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously during peak hours. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math calculations, and billing purposes. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences. Experience with serving at banquets or catering events is a plus; familiarity with food safety practices is essential.
